"My original agent retired from the Auburn company and we were transferred to Huntertown agency. Chandra was great in every aspect, explaining our insurance needs and had several other related options to tell us about. We have been at the Huntertown agency for 3 years now and yes our policies have went up over the 3 years, which is to be expected, but we are paying hundreds less and have the same insurance as my last provider that I had for over 30 years."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY!! I have never had an insurance agency lack empathy and communication like this place. Six weeks since someone t-boned me, there has been absolutely no progress made, and still no end in sight. The entire experience has been awful. No follow up, no answers or solutions. I am constantly having to call and ask for help or get an update. I now have to get a lawyer to attempt any resolution. Tried to add a driver, and two cars to my policy and no follow up. Please go to a different agent for insurance. They will leave you stranded and all on your own."
